You will hire for roles like Software Engineers, ML Engineers, Applied Scientists, and Embedded/Hardware Engineers, and support HR operations for our fast-growing startup. Responsibilities: End-to-end hiring for technical & non-technical roles Build talent pipelines across software & hardware domains Draft and implement HR, workplace & compliance policies Manage onboarding, documentation & employee engagement Work directly with the Co-Founders/Directors Requirements: Experience in recruitment (especially technical roles) Strong English communication Understanding of software + hardware domains Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment
