We at Derewala Industries Ltd. are seeking enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to our HR strategies and initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations. Conduct new employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ensure a smooth transition into the organization. Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems. Support employee development and training initiatives, including organizing and facilitating learning and development programs.
