This role is a unique mix of hands-on recruitment and end-to-end HR operations — perfect for someone who enjoys being a strong partner to the business and a trusted ally for employees. You’ll be the face of HR for the region, owning hiring for our frontline and business-critical roles while also ensuring every employee has a smooth journey with us from the day they join to the day they exit. What You’ll Do: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Drive in-house hiring for non-IT roles like Sales, Field Operations, and more Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand role needs and build high-performing teams Own the entire recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding Use creative sourcing strategies, local market insights, and networks to attract top talent Ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage onboarding and induction — making Day 1 feel like Day 100 Take charge of employee lifecycle processes: documentation, background checks, confirmations, transfers, and exits Support employee engagement, grievance handling and HR compliance in the region Conduct exit interviews and ensure seamless offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and reports using HR systems and tools Who You Are: 4–7 years of HR experience with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations Proven track record of hiring for non-IT roles at scale A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first culture Familiar with HRMS/ATS tools and good at keeping things organized and efficient Why Join Us?
