Human Resource Executive

As a Human Resource Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing recruitment and operations functions. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, developing HR strategies, conducting employee training programs, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations, managing benefits programs, and providing HR support to managers and employees. You will also collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively carry out your duties. The selected candidate will be required to attend face-to-face interviews in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of up to 15k.
