About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in HR.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Support payroll and attendance management activities.
Help in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communications.
Coordinate with employees for HR-related queries and provide support.
Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation.
Collaborate with senior HR team members for smooth process execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any specialization, preferably HR/Management).
0–1 year of experience in HR operations (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
