Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Report to: Director

Location: Nizamudin East, Delhi

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources Manager to join our Architects office team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee

relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. :Recruitment and Hiring:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews.

- Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.

2. Employee Relations:

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Handle employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

3. Performance Management:

- Develop and implement performance management systems.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth and development.

4. Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

6. Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Identify areas for training and development.

7. HR Operations:

- Manage employee data, records, and files.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks

Requirements:

1. Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an architectural or design firm.

3. Skills:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred

1. Industry Experience:

- Experience working in an architectural or design firm

2. Language Skills:

- Fluency in multiple

languages an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
