Site Auditor – High-End Residential Interiors

Role Overview:

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution of luxury residential interior projects, ensuring that premium design standards, material quality, workmanship, and timelines are strictly adhered to. The role demands a sharp aesthetic eye, strong site management skills, and a working knowledge of MEAP (Mechanical, Electrical, Air-conditioning & Plumbing) services to coordinate high-quality interior fit-outs across all trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality workmanship and finish across all trades — including carpentry, flooring, paint, ceiling, and civil modifications.
• Verify materials and detailing as per drawings, samples, and brand specifications before installation.
• Conduct rigorous quality checks at every stage of execution.
• Manage on-site labour and material flow, ensuring optimum productivity and waste control.
• Monitor installation of MEAP services in coordination with drawings and interior finishes.
• Identify aesthetic inconsistencies and resolve them with designers or vendors.
• Raise red flags on-site errors, delays, or non-compliances in real-time.
• Maintain accurate site records and daily progress reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
• 2–5 years of experience in managing high-end residential interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior detailing, premium finishes, and luxury material handling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and site-reporting tools.
• Excellent observation skills and the ability to detect subtle flaws in execution.
• Confident in handling client-facing roles, with strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic working knowledge of MEAP services and their integration in interior works.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
