Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who can independently manage daily HR operations at Raindrop. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and able to take ownership of HR responsibilities without constant supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end talent management, including sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, onboarding, and ensuring a smooth induction experience.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and update databases accurately.
Handle attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and communication.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Oversee office policies, processes, and ensure compliance with HR guidelines.
Assist in creating HR reports, letters, and maintaining HR-related documentation.
Take ownership of daily HR tasks and manage them independently with responsibility.

Requirements:

Freshly Graduated in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative, multitask, and manage responsibilities independently.
Basic understanding of HR functions is preferred.
Good organizational skills and a positive attitude.
