Job Description

Role & responsibilities Engagement Initiatives: Design and execute programs and activities that promote employee engagement, recognition, and team building. Surveys and Feedback: Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and insights, analyze results, and recommend actionable strategies. Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company initiatives. Events Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, workshops, and team-building activities to enhance employee morale and collaboration. Collaboration: Work closely with HR and management to support organizational goals and ensure alignment with employee engagement strategies. Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture. Reporting: Track and report on engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Resource will be a part of recruitment team and predominantly responsible in recruitment across skills & different domains Hands on experience in screening, shortlisting, scheduling the shortlisted candidates with the concerned Panels. Sourcing profiles through job boards.
