Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Executive to help hire and manage PhDs, researchers, and R&D talent in our company. You will work closely with labs, tech teams, and leadership to find, grow, and retain top research talent. Key Responsibilities: Hiring : Work with R&D teams to understand hiring needs (scientists, engineers, data experts). Post jobs, screen resumes, and interview Onboarding & Support: Explain company policies, research goals, and career growth paths. Employee Engagement: Keep researchers motivated (organize talks, skill workshops, team events). Solve work-related issues and maintain a positive research culture. Performance & Growth: Track research performance and give feedback. Plan training, conferences, and promotions for PhD employees. HR Compliance & Payroll: Ensure company follows labor laws for research staff. Manage salaries, bonuses, and benefits for PhD hires. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or related field. 2+ years in HR, preferably in tech, R&D, or academia. Good communication skills (to work with scientists and managers). Basic knowledge of research hiring (PhD, postdoc, lab roles). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
