The company operates two resorts in Pench Tiger Reserve at Khawasa (MP) and Sillari (MH) with total room inventory of 130 rooms. The company also owns and operates Lighthouse Waterpark at Mansar (Nagpur) and Rajkamal Watersports (Khindsi lake, Ramtek) since 1992. Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Executive to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

· Handle payroll processing and salary disbursements in coordination with accounts.

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

· Address employee grievances and manage disciplinary issues.

· Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews.

· Monitor and manage attendance and leave records.

· Support organizational changes and training initiatives

· Education:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Experience:

· 7–8 years of relevant HR experience in a mid-sized organization.

Language:

· English (Required), Hindi

Salary:

· 3,00,000 to 4,20,000 per Anum (As per experience)

Location:

· 01-Suryakiran Complex, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur Maharashtra.
