Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment processes
for various roles across different business segments.
Efficiently handle
bulk and niche hiring
requirements.
Support
Talent Acquisition (TA) operations
, including pre-onboarding formalities and continuous candidate engagement.
Execute
ad hoc HR/TA tasks
to ensure operational excellence within the department.
Provide a consistently
positive candidate experience
throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Collaborate effectively
with hiring managers, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and external partners to meet staffing needs.

in both bulk and niche hiring environments.
Proficiency in
pre-onboarding formalities
and vendor coordination.
