Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, negotiation, payroll management, training coordination, and team management. This role is essential in ensuring smooth HR operations and maintaining a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate and conduct interviews with department heads. Ensure timely onboarding of selected candidates. Negotiation: Conduct salary discussions and finalize offers as per company policies. Maintain a balance between candidate expectations and organizational budgets. Payroll Management: Collect and verify attendance, leave records, and other payroll inputs. Coordinate with the accounts department for timely salary disbursement. Handle employee salary queries and deductions (if any). Training & Development: Plan and coordinate training sessions for new and existing staff. Monitor and ensure completion of all required training programs. Team Management: Support team coordination and performance monitoring. Resolve employee issues and maintain a healthy work culture. Motivate and guide the team to achieve departmental goals.
