Job Description

Key Responsibilities: What you will do Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Responsibility) Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical and non-technical roles (Developers, QA, Designers, Project Managers, BDEs, etc.). Prepare job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant job portals, social media platforms, and internal systems. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job specifications. Conduct preliminary HR interviews and coordinate with technical panels. Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection. Handle salary negotiations and prepare offer letters. Maintain applicant database and recruitment MIS. Build strong candidate pipelines for future manpower needs. Conduct employee onboarding, documentation, and induction programs. Ensure smooth joining process and complete documentation (NDAs, contracts, ID proofs, PAN, etc.). Maintain employee records, attendance, and leaves in HRMS/UBS system. Assist payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave data. Address day-to-day employee queries related to policies, leaves, and compliance. Organize employee engagement activities, monthly events, celebrations, and feedback sessions. Support grievance handling and conflict resolution. Ensure adherence to company policies, including attendance, leave, and reimbursement guidelines. Assist in audits, compliance checks, and labor law adherence. Support managers in conducting periodic performance reviews and maintaining KRA/KPI documentation. Assist management in identifying employee training and development needs. Maintain applicant database and recruitment MIS. Support grievance handling and conflict resolution. Requirements Key Skills Required: Proven experience in IT recruitment is mandatory. Familiarity with recruitment platforms and social media hiring tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Proficiency in HR software, Excel, and documentation. Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance within IT companies. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Educational Qualification MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent Perks & Benefits 5 days working & work from home
