Job Role: HR Executive - HR cum Administration.

Employment Type: Permanent Role (after probation)

Qualifications: PG in HR Specialization (MBA, MSW or MA Graduates)

Experience: Proven and Standard 1 year experience of HR field in Manufacturing Sector.

PayScale: Based on Experience and Interview Performance.

Gender: Male Candidates preference

Reporting: To Director of firm

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Map, plan, source and hire the suitable technical and non technical roles. Need to be effective on hiring strategies and coordinate with Operations team for urge hiring practices for company needs.
  • Training and Development: Schedule, Plan and execute the training session with coordination of departmental heads. Track the performance of manpower's for ensuring the 100% of PMS cores. Ensure the competencies meets with company objectives. Document all training compliances under ISO standards for medical device manufacturing through Standard Operating Procedures for Audit compliances (internal and external audits).
  • Employee Grievance: Need to be part of HR Helpdesk for handling the employees day to day grievances and addresses the issue and play the main role in sorting the issues/grievances for ensuring the smooth manufacturing practices. Will be a part of handling the administrative cores like transports and canteen management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Well versed in advanced Excel for planning and gathering the attendance data into advanced excel and process the whole payrolls in excels with coordination of concern employee and departmental heads for processing and proceeding the monthly compensation workings for employees. Present in basic knowledge and working skills in maintaining the records which related to statutory deductions and filings.
  • Communication & Interaction: Expecting the excellent communication and inter personal interaction and continuous coordination with superiors for issueless workings and smooth practices.
  • Performance Appraisal: Track with PMS manuals for working with departmental heads for performance appraisal for ensuring the suitable hikes for employees to achieve the employee well being with transparency.
  • Documentation: Well Versed in accurate and precise documentation practice for MOMs, SOPs and Other industrial practices for ensuring the 100% success factors in Documentations. Needs to align with Compliance factors for documentation.
