Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Handle end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring positions in BPO and Real Estate sectors.
Sourcing Candidates: Use various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, etc.) to attract potential candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidate qualifications, and shortlist candidates.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow-ups: Make outbound calls to candidates and rigorously follow up to ensure positions are closed in a timely manner.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation on all candidates and recruitment activities.
Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and update status in Google Sheets / Excel.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation is mandatory (MBA in HR preferred).
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for mass hiring in BPO and Real Estate sectors.
Languages: Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Kannada is preferred.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable with making outbound calls and following up with candidates.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Other Requirements:
Must be comfortable working 6 days a week from the office.
Immediate joiners required (maximum notice period of 15 days).
