Job Description

At Gilco Global, we partner with ORONA (Spain) and SJEC (China) — global OEM leaders in elevators and escalators. We deliver precision-led, safety-certified mobility solutions for luxury residences, commercial developments, hospitality, healthcare, and public infrastructure.

This role is designed for someone who treats HR as an operational command centre — ensuring zero delays, zero follow-ups, and total process compliance across hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll input, documentation, and exit workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (Ops Execution)

  • Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure complete documentation before joining (KYC, references, offer acceptance etc.)
  • Day-1 readiness: generate system / FC access, ID cards, email setup, asset allocation, induction flow
  • Track probation reviews & confirmation dates — no follow-ups required from business heads

Workforce & Attendance Control

  • Monitor daily attendance, leave, geotag entries, deviations on HRMS / FieldCircle
  • Issue alerts, holds or escalations proactively — not after things go wrong

Payroll Input & Compliance Management

  • Validate payroll inputs (attendance, reimbursements, incentives etc.) before monthly cutoff
  • Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, Shops & Establishments, POSH and audit readiness

Documentation & Exit Process Discipline

  • Maintain accurate employee files, contract renewals, asset logs, compliance registers
  • Execute exit process with timely access deactivation & full-and-final readiness

Reporting & Internal Coordination

  • Prepare weekly HR Ops MIS — clear, actionable, on-time
  • Liaise smoothly with Admin, Finance, Projects & Management to ensure HR operations don’t hold up execution

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HRMS / Workforce Control
  • Strong command over compliance, documentation & payroll coordination
  • Detail-driven, deadline-committed, zero-reminder attitude
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools & Excel is essential
