Role & responsibilities 1. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 2. Organize orientation programs for new hires. 3. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases or HRIS. 4. Track attendance, leaves, and overtime. 5. Identify training needs and coordinate learning sessions or workshops. 6. Address employee grievances and ensure workplace harmony. 7. Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies. 8. Handle employee resignations and conduct exit interviews. 9. Liaise with external agencies (manpower consultants, labor law consultants, etc.). Preferred candidate profile: 1. Masters degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field. 2. 3+ years of relevant experience in HR generalist or executive roles. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams. 5. Must be proficient in Hindi, English and Telugu. 6. Must have experience in handling contractual manpower.
