Human Resource Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policies to support smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
• Support in drafting HR policies, letters, and other documentation.
• Manage employee engagement activities, grievance handling, and coordination.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR practices and company policies.

Key Skills Required

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant HR experience (preferred in IT/Corporate sector).
