Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive & Administrative Officer to manage human resources operations while also overseeing administrative functions. This role will be responsible for end-to-end HR activities, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and general office administration to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance management processes and support employee development initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.

Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning of facilities.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and inventory control.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative standards.
  • Coordinate with management for budget planning and expense tracking.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 0-1 years of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle confidential information with integrity.
