Job Description

HR Business Partner

Employee Engagement & Connect

  • Conduct quarterly employee connect sessions to understand concerns, morale, and support requirements.
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all Tech employee queries and escalations.
  • Coordinate Tech-wide engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Oversee complete NATS (Apprenticeship) registration, documentation, and stipend disbursement.
  • Participate in daily/weekly Tech team stand-ups to provide HR insights and updates.
  • Support Tech leadership with HR interventions, workforce planning, and operational requirements.

Performance & Disciplinary Management

  • Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) end-to-end for Tech teams.
  • Lead Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and disciplinary processes in collaboration with Central HR.
  • Manage employee grievances with timely intervention, documentation, and closure.

MIS & Analytics

  • Prepare HR MIS dashboards including attrition trends, attendance insights, workforce analytics, and reporting for Tech leadership.
  • Provide data-backed insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.

Training & Development

  • Collect, consolidate, and track training needs based on skill gaps and manager feedback.
  • Coordinate training calendars and partner with L&D for rollout.

POSH & Compliance

  • Handle POSH-related cases with complete confidentiality, documentation, and adherence to legal guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and governance frameworks.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of HRMS systems (ZingHR preferred).
  • Good stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR reporting & dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of PMS, engagement frameworks, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Understanding of POSH legal guidelines.
