HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location:

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Drive performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
Support org design, change initiatives, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR functions (TA, L&D, C&B, HR Ops) to deliver seamless HR support.

Requirements:

14 years of HR experience (preferably in an HRBP/generalist role).
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to use HR analytics and data for decision-making.

Additional Languages like Hindi and Telugu Will be a plus.
