Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HRBP Intern to support our Employee Engagement and Connect initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a positive work culture, and leading engaging events that strengthen employee belonging and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities across business units.

• Assist in conducting employee connect sessions, pulse checks, and feedback initiatives.

• Collaborate with the HR team to conceptualize and organize events, celebrations, and recognition programs.

• Engage with employees at all levels to enhance communication and morale.

• Track engagement metrics and share insights to help improve participation and employee satisfaction.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that foster inclusion, motivation, and team spirit.

• Contribute creative ideas for internal campaigns, newsletters, and HR communication.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in event management, student leadership, or similar roles will be an advantage.
