Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Project Delivery

  • Lead client interactions and oversee project success
  • Address client issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure contract terms are met with high-quality delivery

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships
  • Align project planning with client business goals

Business Development

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams for lead generation
  • Contribute to proposal development for new business

HR Expertise

  • Advise clients on various HR areas:
    • Talent Advisory
    • Compensation & benefits
    • Performance management
    • Talent development
    • Employment transactions
    • Policy compliance
  • Provide strategic support to complex HR challenges

Process Improvement

  • Identify areas to enhance operational efficiency
  • Improve policies and procedures in HR consulting delivery

Personnel Actions & Training

  • Approve HR actions: performance documentation, pay/class changes
  • Conduct needs analysis and recommend client training programs

Project Management

  • Lead/support HR consulting quality improvement projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams

Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver performance reports to stakeholders
