Female candidates only Role & responsibilities Stakeholder Management Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with organizational goals Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, job profiling, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide market insights. Ensure a positive candidate experience and drive employer branding initiatives. Employee Life Cycle Management Oversee the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding. Manage processes related to promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and exits. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Performance Management Drive the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
