About The Role:

HR professional


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment independently

    – from job posting to onboarding.
  • Expert in using platforms like

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools

    to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Onboard and coordinate with

    external recruitment agencies.

  • Conduct

    initial screenings and interviews and

    shortlist suitable candidates for further evaluation.
  • Own the

    entire hiring funnel

    , ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


HR Operations

  • Manage Employees’ Joining Formalities, Payroll Process, Exit Formalities, Background Checks and Verifications, Issue Appointment & Confirmation letter and

    attendance and regularization processes.
  • Conduct employee orientation and facilitate new comers joining formalities.
  • Maintain and regularly update master database of each employee.
  • Maintain and update HR records and systems.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
  • Proactively

    drive company culture

    and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for

    employee grievances

    and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Support compliance and internal policies as needed.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience

    in recruitment.
  • Strong

    interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to

    multi-task and prioritize

    effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • A people-first mindset with a deep understanding of the

    importance of culture and team alignment.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing environment.
  • A highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who can be the gate keeper of culture, policies and discipline.


Qualification Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.
