HR Associate
Responsibilities:
1) Sourcing:
- Strategically source candidates from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant job portals.
- Leverage Boolean search and advanced search techniques to identify passive candidates with specific technical skills and experience.
- Build a pipeline of potential technical talent.
2) Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on relevant technical experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Assess candidates' logical reasoning, aptitude, and communication skills through initial phone screens or online assessments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on candidate qualifications and expectations.
3) Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide information about the company, job role, and the recruitment process, addressing any candidate inquiries promptly.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by offering timely and constructive feedback.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical hiring managers and team members.
- Arrange technical assessments, and other evaluation methods in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Provide candidates with interview details, logistics, and any necessary preparation materials.
4) Interview Assessment and Feedback:
- Collect feedback from technical interviewers regarding candidates' performance.
- Collaborate with interviewers to ensure a comprehensive evaluation and a well-rounded assessment.
- Share feedback with candidates in a constructive and professional manner.
5) Scheduling and Negotiation:
- Coordinate interview schedules, aligning with the availability of technical panel members and candidates.
- Manage interview logistics, including virtual or onsite arrangements.
- Assist in crafting competitive job offers and manage the negotiation process, considering candidates' expectations and company guidelines.
6) Follow-Up:
- Keep candidates informed about their application status, interview outcomes, and any subsequent steps.
- Conduct post-interview follow-up discussions to address questions, concerns, and additional rounds if necessary.
- Maintain engagement with selected candidates until their formal acceptance of the offer.
7) Onboarding Support:
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for selected candidates.
- Facilitate the completion of required paperwork, background checks, and any pre-employment processes.
8) Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously gather feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to enhance the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on market trends, technological advancements, and best practices in technical recruitment.
9) Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and communication.
10) Other Related Activities:
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Update the company's HR software, such as the Keka HR app, with employee information, including personal details, leave records, attendance, and performance data.
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
- Help coordinate and organize HR events, training sessions, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human resource management or related.
- 1+ years of experience as HR Generalist/Associate role.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with
Stakeholders and Management. - Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands on experience with various HRIS software's.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Can join immediately/within 10 days.
