In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies that foster a positive work environment and drive organizational success. Your expertise will be crucial in managing employee engagement, policy development, recruitment, performance management, training, and HR administration. You will play a key role in shaping our company's culture and ensuring the well-being of our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

• Employee Engagement:

  Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

• HR Policy Development and Execution:

  Create, implement, and update HR policies; lead the implementation of HRMS systems.

• Recruitment and Hiring:

  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on tech hiring; utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri, and ATS systems to attract top talent.

• Performance Management:

  Oversee performance evaluation processes, provide feedback, and facilitate employee development plans.

• Training and Development:

  Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

• HR Administration and Payroll:

  Ensure accurate payroll processing and manage all HR administrative functions to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• An MBA in Human Resources is a must-have qualification.

• Minimum of

  0-1 years

  of experience in HR management, with a focus on tech hiring.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, employee engagement strategies, and performance management processes.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Jobs, Naukri, and ATS systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Experience in implementing HRMS systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in HR Management or related field.
• Experience in managing and leading HR projects.
• Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
