A Senior HR & Admin Manager is a strategic leader overseeing both Human Resources (recruitment, training, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance) and Administrative functions (office operations, support services, budgeting) to align people & operations with company goals, managing teams, developing policies, and ensuring efficient workflow in larger organizations. They bridge strategy with execution, focusing on talent development, legal compliance, and supportive infrastructure for growth, often reporting to HR Directors and collaborating across departments.

Strategic Planning: Aligning HR & Admin strategies with business objectives, planning for future workforce needs.
Team Leadership: Managing and developing HR and administrative staff, fostering a positive culture.
Recruitment & Talent: Overseeing large-scale hiring, onboarding, and talent management.
Performance & Engagement: Driving performance management systems and engagement initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance: Managing payroll, benefits, HRIS, employment law, and policy implementation.
Admin Management: Ensuring smooth office operations, vendor management, and resource allocation.
