Human Resource Administrator

This role is ideal for Human Resources and Administrative (HR & Admin) professional who would typically be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, handling payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labour laws along with basic Admin know how.  Role and Responsibilities: • Employee Lifecycle Management: Managing employee records, including onboarding new hires, processing terminations, and updating employee information. ·        Recruitment and Selection: Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.  ·        Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.  HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are in compliance with labour laws and regulations.  Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, resolving workplace disputes, and promoting a positive work environment.  Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the HR department and the wider organization, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.  Training and Development: Assisting with the organization and implementation of employee training programs and Induction of new Employees Performance Management: Supporting the performance management process, including performance reviews and goal setting.
