Position Overview:

CPIDroid by SmartXaaS LLP

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Execute employee onboarding and exit formalities with proper documentation
  • Maintain and regularly update employee records and HR databases
  • Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Oversee payroll coordination and attendance tracking
  • Oversee day-to-day HR administration tasks and ensure timely documentation
  • Take ownership of office administration, including inventory, vendor coordination, and general admin support

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
