Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting and Onboarding: Managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new hires.

2- Attendance and Leave Management: Tracking employee attendance, managing leave requests, and maintaining accurate records.

3- Offer Letters, Certificates, and Experience Letters: Drafting and issuing offer letters, employment certificates, and experience letters.

4- Salary Processing and Administration: Overseeing payroll, salary disbursement, and handling administrative tasks related to employee compensation.

5- Employee Records Management: Maintaining, updating and organizing detailed employee information throughout their tenure with the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Candidates must be having their own laptop.
