Role Overview:

HubSpot / GoHighLevel Administrator & Configurator

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
•
6+ years of CRM / Marketing Automation experience
, with at least
3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot or GoHighLevel
.
• Strong knowledge of
CRM configuration, workflow automation, and pipeline management
.
• Experience with
API integrations
and third-party tools.
• Proficiency in
reporting and analytics dashboards
.
• Excellent understanding of
sales funnels, marketing automation, and lead management
.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• HubSpot or GoHighLevel
certifications
(e.g., HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub).
• Experience with
Zapier, Integromat, or other automation tools

• Exposure to
email deliverability optimization and A/B testing
.
• Understanding of
GDPR / data privacy compliance
in CRM systems.
