As a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to own and optimize the HubSpot platform for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You will play a crucial role in improving processes, building automation, and creating actionable reporting to ensure that HubSpot is fully leveraged across the company. Your expertise as the go-to expert for HubSpot will be essential in maintaining clean data, smooth integration, and high adoption rates. Key Responsibilities: - **Platform Administration:** Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, properties, and ensure overall system governance. - **Reporting & Analytics:** Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, campaigns, and team performance. - **Data Management:** Maintain data integrity by conducting audits, clean-up activities, imports/exports, and standardization. - **Automation & Workflows:** Design and optimize workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and automation to enhance efficiency in sales and marketing processes. - **Integrations:** Manage and support integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as CRM, finance, and support platforms. - **Training & Support:** Act as the subject-matter expert, offer support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and provide necessary documentation and training. - **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and implement HubSpot solutions that streamline operations and facilitate business growth. - **Best Practices:** Stay informed about HubSpot updates, recommend new tools, features, and processes to ensure the platform's optimal utilization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. - Proven experience in HubSpot administration and optimization. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Certification in HubSpot or relevant qualifications will be an added advantage.
