Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hub Incharge located in Noida. The Hub Incharge will oversee day-to-day operations at the logistics hub, ensuring efficient and timely end to end supply. Responsibilities include managing inventory, supervising staff, monitoring operations to meet targets, and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and transport teams to ensure smooth supply chain activities and resolving operational challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• Operational Management and Logistics expertise, including experience in inventory management, process monitoring, and hub operations
• Team leadership skills with the ability to supervise and manage staff effectively
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with clients, vendors, and transport teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges efficiently
• Working knowledge of compliance and safety standards in logistics operations
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in logistics or transportation domains is highly desirable
