Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vjayawada for a Hub Incharge. The Hub Incharge will oversee the daily operations of the hub, ensuring smooth handling of inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining service levels. Responsibilities include team management, inventory control, coordination with drivers, and maintaining adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also entails addressing any operational or logistical challenges and ensuring high performance across all hub activities.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Leadership skills to effectively supervise a diverse group of employees and oversee their day-to-day tasks.
• Strong Logistics Operations and Inventory Control experience to ensure seamless hub activities and accurate stock management.
• Proficiency in Operations Planning, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making to address logistical challenges and optimize processes.
• Communication and Interpersonal skills to coordinate with staff, drivers, and other stakeholders efficiently.
• Understanding of Compliance, Safety Standards, and Process Adherence in logistics operations.
• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred.
