Role Description

This is a contract role for an HR Recruiter (Non IT) at Ekart Logistics. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role involves coordinating with hiring managers, managing job postings, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline. This is an on-site role based in Coimbatore.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
Knowledge of Recruiting best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
