Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR professional located in Uluberia subdivision. The HR professional will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring a smooth and effective HR management system. The role involves close coordination with various departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits
• Proficiency in Personnel Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Uluberia subdivision
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
