We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Hub Incharge in Hassan, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hub and ensuring seamless logistics
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent leadership skills

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate all aspects of hub operations, including inventory management, transportation, and warehouse operations
Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and effective task completion
Implement and maintain high standards of safety, security, and quality control
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management or a related field
Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and warehouse management
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
