We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Hub Incharge
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, with excellent leadership and communication skills

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient and effective supply chain services
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational issues
Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to suggest innovative solutions

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, with at least years of experience
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with inventory management systems, transportation planning tools, and supply chain analytics software
