This detail-oriented, high-volume transactional role is critical for the accurate and compliant execution of all HR administrative processes. The Specialist ensures impeccable data integrity across all systems and delivers a professional, compliant experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Core HR Process Execution:
Execute end-to-end HR administration transactions (onboarding, changes, termination) with absolute precision, ensuring alignment with HR policy and local statutory requirements.HRIS Data Mastery:
Directly manage and maintain organizational structures, job codes, and all employee personal/employment records within the core HRIS platform, HiBob, ensuring real-time data accuracy for downstream processes (Payroll, C&B).Compliance & Documentation:
Manage background verification processes and ensure all compliance documentation is accurately filed and processed using specialized administrative tools like Navex, Esker, and SURICATO.First-Line Support:
Provide expert, timely resolution to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies and administrative procedures.Reporting Support:
Generate ad-hoc and scheduled operational reports from HiBob and integrated ERP systems (Oracle) to support audits and leadership data requests.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration, HR operations, or Shared Services.
- Mandatory hands-on expertise with HRIS platforms, preferably HiBob, and familiarity with compliance and workflow tools.
- Degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.

Lead HRSS (HR Admin Lead) (L3)
This role drives the operational excellence and compliance of all HR administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (hire-to-retire). The Lead will establish rigorous process governance, mentor the HR Admin team, and champion the utilization of specialized HR technology to deliver a superior, highly compliant employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Management & Governance:
Design, implement, and govern robust processes for all HR lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, exits, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and audit trail readiness.HRIS Knowledge:
Ensure flawless execution of administrative tasks and meticulous data integrity within the primary HRIS platform, HiBob.Compliance & Administration Tool Oversight:
Directly manage and mentor the team's use of specialized administrative and compliance tools, including Navex (ethics/compliance), Oracle (ERP integrations), and document management/workflow automation systems like Esker and SURICATO.Process Automation:
Identify opportunities for and drive the implementation of process automation within the HR Admin domain to eliminate manual touchpoints and enhance transaction speed.Complex Case Resolution:
Serve as the senior escalation point for highly complex or sensitive HR Admin cases, ensuring compliance and swift resolution.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR administration or HR operations experience, with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
- Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms is mandatory, with specific experience in HiBob and familiarity with corporate governance/workflow tools (Navex, Esker).
- Degree in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.
