Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Act as a Business Product Owner for the ServiceNow HRSD platform, representing People and Operations team requirements to Technology teams.
Partner with Digital Operations Manager and Product Owner to deliver large-scale ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
Gather, document, and analyze stakeholder requirements; ensure alignment with project objectives.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT); escalate defects for prioritization.
Drive issue prioritization to support efficient decision making.
Recommend opportunities for process improvement in HRSD platform.
Coordinate with Product Owner, Change team, and PMO to ensure timely resolution, effective change management, and milestone delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1013 years of experience in workflow/process development within HR Technology (preferably ServiceNow HRSD).
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
Experience in agile, cross-functional teams and global environments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Good to Have:
ServiceNow CSA Certification.
Preferred:
ServiceNow CIS – ITSM or HRSD.
