Responsibilities Overview The Recruiter is responsible for creating a job application that will attract job candidates who are qualified for the job. Formal Education & Certification Bachelors degree in any discipline Basic computer knowledge required (MS- Office Applications) Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach Working Experience in the area of Recruitment – job posting, candidate screening, resume sifting of 3 – 8 years for large corporations. Desired Education & Certification (Either one or multiple) Recruitment expertise in for multiple geographies Knowledge & Experience Excellent understanding of core process step and impact thereof Good knowledge of leading recruitment Tools like Taleo, Brass rings. Job posting experience in Monster, Jobs ahead, Indeed. Ability to refine processing procedures based on “big picture” understanding Good understanding of various Systems/ applications being used for Recruitment. Basic understanding of MIS Good understanding of Service level agreements. Behavioral Attributes Good analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills. Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Highly self -motivated, directed and should be high on initiative. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks. Strong customer service orientation. Core Role Responsibilities Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements. Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Work Conditions Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines. Ability to work 24*7 shift timings. Ability to deliver effective training sessions..
