Job Description

Role Overview: As an HRO Specialist in Mumbai, WFO (Work From Office) in a UK Shift, you will be responsible for Employee Data Management operations. Your role will require a minimum of 4 years of work experience in this field, demonstrating integrity in handling confidential data and possessing excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. You will be expected to serve the team and its customers with a strong service orientation, take initiative, and be proactive in your approach. Proficiency in MS Office Excel and knowledge of SAP ECC or other ERPs will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will also include creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate data effectively to HR leadership and stakeholders. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of Employee Relations, HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 4 years of work experience in Employee Data Management operations - Demonstrate integrity when handling confidential data - Possess excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills - Strong service orientation and willingness to serve the team and its customers - Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and exhibit personal accountability - Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Knowledge of SAP ECC or other ERPs will be a plus - Experience in Employee Relations or related roles - Understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations - Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for effective communication of data and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders - Knowledge of reporting tools Qualification Required: - Minimum 4 years of work experience in Employee Data Management operations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Organizational and coordination skills - Proficiency in MS Office Excel - Knowledge of SAP ECC or other ERPs - Experience in Employee Relations or related roles - Understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations - Ability to create reports, dashboards, and visualizations for effective communication of data - Familiarity with reporting tools Additional Information: Knowledge of UK HR processes and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be beneficial for this role. Familiarity with case management through ticketing systems is also desired.,
