HRO Specialist

SAP ECC other ERPs working knowledge will be a plusProven experience in Employee Relations or related roles

Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data and insights to HR leadership and stakeholders

Knowledge of reporting tools

ESSENTIAL_SKILLS

Knowledge of UK HR process and hands on knowledges, hands on knowledge of SAP Success Factors. Knowledge of case management through ticketing too.
