-Manage end-to-end HRIS ops
-Ensuring exceptional system performance, data integrity & robust reporting. -Act as a strategic partner in shaping workforce planning, compliance & analytics through system enhancements & stakeholder collaboration.

Required Candidate profile

-Current HRMS is PeopleStrong-Looking for 3–4 yrs of hands-on exp. in end-to-end HRIS mgmt in HR platforms like PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, SuccessFactors, Zoho, Workday, Oracle HCM or similar
