The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Lead to collaborate with leadership and support teams across India and global locations. This role is instrumental in driving people strategy and talent acquisition across high-growth, innovation-driven verticals such as Robotic Surgery Platforms (including orthopaedics and arthroplasty), Cardiovascular and Structural Heart therapies, Neurology, Electrophysiology, Diagnostics, Pathology, AI-powered Oncology, and Human Anatomy Mapping. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end talent strategy, organizational design, and hiring execution for critical functions including R&D, clinical affairs, regulatory, engineering, and commercial teams, enabling Meril's continued growth and global expansion.
