As an HRBP & TA Rockstar at CARS24, your role involves being a strategic partner, talent whisperer, culture custodian, data-driven decision-maker, employee experience guru, and change champion. You will act as the bridge between the business and people, ensuring teams are stronger, happier, and more productive. Your responsibilities will include identifying, attracting, and hiring A+ talent to turbocharge the mission, owning the full TA cycle from sourcing to onboarding, and keeping the Cars24 DNA alive - fun, fearless, fast, and full of hustle. Utilize people analytics for smart decision-making and navigate employee engagement and performance like a human GPS for career growth in this fast-paced environment where change is constant. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in HRBP and/or TA, preferably in both domains. - Prior experience in a high-growth or tech-first environment, with a bonus if you have a passion for startups. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and persuade effectively. - Strong passion for solving people puzzles and scaling culture adeptly. - Ability to bring energy that radiates and motivates teams, whether in person or on a virtual Zoom call.
