Position Focus:

The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner closely with business and client stakeholders while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate will balance business requirements, client expectations, and employee satisfaction, while driving people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Job Description:

• Act as a strategic HR partner for the GCC vertical, aligning with Business Heads, HR leadership, and CoEs to deliver HR outcomes.
• Drive core HR programs including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
• Partner with Account Managers to provide visibility into people issues and proactively flag any potential impact on client engagement.
• Ensure all people-related decisions are legally compliant and aligned with company policies, while advising business and delivery managers on sensitive employee issues and client-impacting situations.
• Partner with HR CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D, Compliance) to implement people programs effectively, including compensation & benefits, offer negotiations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
• Handle employee relations matters with fairness, transparency, and legal compliance.
• Lead employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement action plans.
• Support cultural alignment between client expectations and Systems Plus values.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 6–7 years of experience as HRBP, preferably in GCC environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people metrics, resolve conflicts, and recommend actions.
• Professionally mature, adaptable, and able to make balanced decisions while working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
