Responsibilities & Authority:

The role will be responsible for Full Life-Cycle Recruitment for open IT positions. This is a full-time onsite regular position, with potential for growth for the right person. The Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting our rapid expansion in our Pune, India facility. The Recruiter will source and develop pipelines of highly qualified IT candidates, drive best in class hiring processes, interview, offer and close top talent. They will be responsible for recommending and implementing creative sourcing techniques including social media, professional networking, and cold calling for both active and passive candidates. Yes, we are looking for a true corporate side head-hunter. This position will be highly visible and responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with candidates, hiring managers and executives alike.
